Services · Surveyor-led point cloud processing

Six deliverables. One standard of work.

Your field team already collected the data. Below are the deliverables our team builds from it, the modeling and processing capacity a survey firm reaches for when the backlog outruns the bench. Commission one for a narrow scope, or combine them into a single engagement, either way the same team processes and reviews everything before it reaches you.

Why us

"Your point clouds aren't being processed by draftsmen. They're being processed by surveyors."

Six deliverables, one team running all of them. The registration report for deliverable 02 is written by the same people who model deliverable 01 from it, so a control issue gets caught at the point it happens, not three steps downstream when a client's QA flags a wall that doesn't sit right. That is the actual reason to combine services into one engagement instead of splitting them across vendors: one continuous chain of custody on the data, not a discount for bundling.

How it works

Quoted in hours. Billed on actuals. Capped at the quote.

How we quote

Every project is scoped in hours, billed on actuals, and capped at the number we quote. Most shops quote an arbitrary price per square foot. We prefer to inspect the data and lock in a number everyone is comfortable with.

01Send

Send us the scans.

Raw scans, notes, target sheets, and the deliverable and LOD you need.

02Quote

We quote a scope of hours.

The number covers the work and the revisions the engagement needs. It does not move later.

03Review

We process. You review.

A deliverable is not finished until your client has signed off on it.

04Bill

Billed on actual hours used.

Under the quote costs less. We do not invoice beyond the cap.

Quote in one to two days

Not sure which deliverable you need?

Tell us what you've got and what your client expects. We'll recommend the right deliverable mix and come back with a fixed-cap quote.
