Scan to BIM. To your standards. LOD 100 through 500.
We convert registered point clouds into BIM models built with your own family libraries and project template, at whatever LOD your client's specification actually calls for, from early massing through dense MEP detail. It is the deliverable survey firms and AEC partners ask us for most.

Your families, your template
Survey firms and AEC teams with scan-to-BIM contracts.
Survey firms with their own LiDAR rigs
Your team is strong in the field. The constraint is usually Revit modelling capacity, and we extend that capacity without asking you to hire another modeller.
AEC firms with scan-to-BIM contracts
You have already won the work. We turn the captured scans into the Revit your client expects, built to your standards and delivered on your timeline.
A Revit model your client can use.
| Item | On the file |
|---|---|
| Your families and template | We build inside your family library, project template, naming and worksets. The model lands the way your office already works. |
| LOD 100 through 500 | Early massing through dense LOD 400 and 500 MEP coordination, whatever the spec actually requires, not whichever is fastest for us. |
| QA before you see it | Internal review on registration accuracy, geometry and family use before the file leaves us. |
| Revisions inside the cap | If your client's review catches something we missed, the correction sits in the engagement we already quoted. |

Quoted in hours. Billed on actuals. Capped at the quote.
We do not publish sample hour counts. Send the scans and the spec, and you get a capped quote in one to two business days. How we quote.
Questions specific to scan-to-BIM.
Can you match our existing family library?
Yes. Send your families and project template and we model directly into them. If you do not yet have a library, we can build a starter set as part of the engagement.
What LOD should I ask for?
LOD 200 to 300 covers most renovation and facilities-documentation work, and LOD 400 is for MEP coordination and clash detection. If you are unsure which applies, tell us what the model will actually be used for and we will recommend the LOD ourselves rather than leave you guessing.
Do you handle MEP modeling?
Yes, at LOD 300 and above where the point cloud supports it. MEP density is one of the bigger drivers of hours on a project like this, and it is priced into the quote up front rather than discovered partway through.
